Living with Millie: Our Beautiful, Sweet “Cleopatra”

Living with Millie is an absolute joy. She is a wonderful 1/2 American and 1/2 English Labrador cross, which means she gets the best of both worlds. She has that beautiful, thick bone structure and classic blocky head from her English side, balanced with the graceful, athletic strength of her American roots. Her fox red coat is simply breathtaking—it looks like a warm flame catching the light when she runs out in the yard. But it is her face that truly steals your heart. Millie has the most beautiful eyes I have ever seen on a Labrador. They are framed by these striking, solid black eye rims that look just like natural eyeliner, a unique look that quickly earned her the family nickname “Cleopatra.”

Millie has a big, fun-loving personality. She is incredibly smart and has a confident, strong-willed side that always keeps me smiling. She loves a good game of fetch and is always up for an outdoor adventure.

But as much as she loves to play outside, she is an absolute softie the second we step back through the front door. Millie transforms instantly into the biggest cuddle bug, wanting nothing more than to be glued right to my side. She lives for those quiet moments on the couch, pressing her heavy head into my lap and snoring softly while tucked under my arm for hours. Sharing my life with her is such a gift, and I cannot wait to see her pass that same sweet, loving nature down to her upcoming puppies.

Living with Murphy: Gentle, Playful, and Extra Special
Murphy is a spectacular fox red Labrador Retriever who holds a deeply special place in
my heart. Bred beautifully by Abundance Labradors with the renowned Iron Hill
pedigree, she captured our attention right from the start as a chunky, solid 20-pound-
plus pup on her gotcha day. Beyond her rich, stunning red coat, she has the most
endearing facial wrinkles that give her a soft, soulful expression that completely melts
you. Murphy has a quiet, gentle, and somewhat timid personality. She is our observer; she
loves to take her treats or toys out under her favorite tree to peacefully watch the rest of
the pack play. Of course, she has a beautifully balanced playful side, too. When the mood strikes, she loves to taunt the other dogs into a high-speed game of tag, running like the wind and holding her own in backyard wrestling matches. She definitely keeps us laughing with her stubborn, teenager-like moments when she chooses to turn a deaf ear, and her
absolute love for crunchy carrots. Because of her deeply sweet, snuggly nature, she is
the lucky girl who gets the ultimate privilege of sharing momma’s bed. Murphy is one of our ladies, but only a family pet

Maggie

Maggie is our full English Fox Red Labrador, and she is an absolute force of joy in our
home. From the very first day we brought her home as a tiny puppy, she showed us
exactly what she was made of. Maggie has a wonderfully feisty, spirited soul and never
hesitated to hold her own with the big girls in the house. If there is a toy on the line, she
isn’t giving it up easily!
Beyond her amazing confidence, she has a truly unique coat that always gets noticed.
She boasts a thick, double coat featuring a beautiful, deep yellow undercoat topped with
a rich, vibrant red topcoat that gives her a striking, multi-dimensional look. Maggie has
endless energy to run, zoom, and play outside all day long. But the moment the day is
done, that independent, playful streak completely melts away. She will crawl right up
into your lap and happily snuggle with you until the next morning. She is the perfect mix
of grit, beauty, and absolute sweetness.
